What got these folks together?  A community fire training school!
These are the finalist and very they are very thankful for the Trainers
that not only took nine weeks protecting us and educating us on the role of a fire fighter
but fed us on graduation night
and socialized with us (not new, it took place throughout the training
Did I mention fed us.  It was good!
and we did get our diplomas, but more important made friends, gained knowledge and experience, and found a place to help our community.
Highly recommended to all.
Thank you, Middleton Fire Department.
Photos from the 700 photos that were taken during the training will be posted later.

And the day is not done til you beat the drum and blow your horn

A paragraph written has been deleated.  You'll just have to guess what I had printed.  It was all good and worthy of some mighty praise.  No more words, just pictures of the action.

Found it.

As we drove into Middleton, returning from our Lake Geneva venture, Leela heard the sound of native drums, or was it the horns, otr the children running all over: since we were courious and wanted to know, we just had'da go to the 60th annual Drums on Parade. What yousee is only a fraction of what we got. Check out Boyett's Bandwagon for other pictures from today and tomorrow. No rest for the weary.

Now for the pictures:
