Identify & Destroy or Eradicate (which ever is less offensive)
The game is for you to identify this creature and suggests how to get rid of it. Not just it, but all of it's buddies; about a hundred of them fromj the swimming pool deck. I know his name, but getting in touch with his parents to have him brought home before he meets his fate at the pool has been difficult.

A bee, and you could make a beehive somewhere close? or just pour soda on the deck and then they flock and you can swat them (altho you might get stung a couple hundred times)
Not a bee, but may"bee" in the same family. It's bite/sting is a lot worse.
We do get a lot of honey bees spring & summer because the hill behind us is full of hives, since the hill produces some of the best honey in the world according to the ancient Greek Homer or somebody. And soda does not attract them, we have traps with soda water all around. What we do with the bees is wacuum them up in a great big wet vac. The guards hate the duty and refuse to perform the task if there are any patrons around.
TRY AGAIN. NO PRIZE FOR THAT ONE.
why wont they do it if there are patrons around?
Can I come and wacuum? Just make sure they're gone before mini thing 1 comes...She's rather shy around anything that looks like a yellow jacket ever since her friend got stung.
